MATERIALS

• Yarn: Schachenmayr Catania, Scheepjes Catona
• Hook: 2 mm crochet hook
• Stitch marker
• Yarn needle
• Scissors

ABBREVIATIONS – US TERMS

• MR – magic ring
• ch – chain
• sl st – slip stitch
• sc – single crochet
• inc – increase (2 single crochet in 1 stitch)
• hdc – half double crochet
• dc – double crochet
• BLO – back loops only

PETALS

(Your choice of color)

• *Rnd 1. 6 sc in MR (6)
• Rnd 2. 6 inc (12)
• Rnd 3. (3 sc, inc) x 3 (15)
• Rnd 4-6. 15 sc (15)
• Do not stuff, fold edge and crochet together with 7 sc. Fasten off and weave in ends.*
• Repeat *…* 10 times for 10 petals.
• Join the petals together:
• Rejoin the yarn and use the slip stitch (sl st) to crochet through the stitches on the petals, joining them one by one. Finally, slip stitch into the first stitch to form a circle.
