But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Digital downloads
- Items on sale
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Downloads
Registered account: In addition to the email with the downloads, you’ll find all the patterns you’ve purchased under “My Account > Downloads”. They will be kept permanently and you can download them again at any time.
Order as guest: The link for the download will be shown to you directly after the purchase (except the payment method direct bank transfer) and additionally sent via email. Please make sure that the files are backed up on your end device, because a later, renewed sending is not guaranteed with a guest account.
